The past has happened, you can’t change it, the future is where our energy is best served.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND THERAPY?

First we work to define your vision and get very clear on exactly what you want, what you are passionate about, what you really want from your life. 
There is no one size fits all process, this process is highly individual to each client and this is why it works. Practiced tools and techniques are used, but each programme and session will be specifically curated to support your individual needs. 
We will then explore in depth exactly what is holding you back from creating a reality you want, reviewing negative habits, patterns or beliefs. We look at how you can challenge these through actionable steps, to make better, more positive changes in your life to help you to move towards your goal.
At each stage, varying techniques and resources will be used to support your individual needs and journey and we will continually review how you progress throughout the process.
As your coach I am committed to helping you to realise your potential.
Each session is 60 minutes in length and conducted online, via Zoom.

There are countless online programmes and coaches which you could commit to, promising instant, significant change, an overnight story of success.
But my coaching is honest, so let’s start as we mean to go on. I can’t promise you that.
The reason? Because I know that there is no instant fix. Especiallynot real change, towards to creating the fulfilling reality you want. To be a true Change Maker, you need to challenge the status quo, your expectations, your surroundings, yourself.
 
And that’s not easy. 
 
But that is why I am here. 
What you want is difficult. It requires understanding, it requires awareness, it requires rebellion to create change. 
The answers you need come from hard questions. Questions you have been avoiding. I don’t shy away from these questions. I help you to face them but I ask you them from a place of understanding, from a place of experience, as someone who has been on the path you are on right now.
Most importantly, I believe in creating waves. As we change as individuals and we stand up for ourselves, we challenge a status quo, change expectations, change a society. We set the example we wish we had. We take steps forward to helping more people prevent the preventable.
